About the Event
BEIST is a pink party monster from the heart of farming country.
Called forth in the mustachioed city of Trondheim itself and made up of village folk from all corners of the county, BEIST harvests the magical powers of gray stone and potato to create catchy village pop. When everything is presented in an energetic and charming live show, there is no doubt that this band must be experienced!
BEIST released their debut album "Dance like an idiot" in the spring of 2018, and then garnered great national attention, which led to them being booked for several major festivals around the country the following year. Since then, the band has released the albums "Trøbbel" and "Klæbb" in addition to several single releases and today has close to 15 million streams on Spotify.
BEIST has recently received a gold record for the single "Råne-Ræser" and is currently working on a number of new single releases. After two quickly sold-out concerts at Ladekaia in March, and stars at the RBK kick off before the 2022 season, BEIST are ready to turn Byscenen upside down, Friday 2 December - this will quickly be packed!
